CCMC is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator for a master-planned community project in Prosper, TX. The role focuses on resident inquiries, HOA documents, and enforcing deed restrictions with a high level of customer service.

You will conduct property inspections, issue violations, document outcomes, and assist homeowners through the architectural review process while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience handling HOA or property standards preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations with references to maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for committee review.
