Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator for our Keller, TX community. You will maintain high levels of customer service, respond to residents, answer inquiries, and provide information on HOA governing documents and violations.

You’ll conduct property drives, issue violations, document violations with photos, assist with Architectural Review, and prepare applications for committee review. A strong focus on confidentiality, organization, and problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional and adaptable with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of business matters.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong telephone manner and customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of deed restrictions with reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for the committee review.
