CCMC in Keller, TX is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to maintain high levels of resident service and enforce HOA governance documents and violations. You will respond to inquiries, document issues, and assist homeowners through the architectural review process with professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a valid driver’s license. A flexible schedule and ability to pass background checks are expected for this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of resident service in all inquiries.
• Answer calls and emails; provide information on HOA documents and violations.
• Conduct property drives and inspections; issue violations with references.
• Assist homeowners with Architectural Review process and prepare applications.
• Document, photograph, and record violations.
