Job summary

East Missouri Action Agency (EMAA) in Desloge, MO, seeks a Community Services Representative to handle client intake, referrals, applications, and reporting for the Skill Up program. The CSR will also coordinate community networking and resource activities for TANF and FNS clients.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (or 2-year college with related experience), strong communication and computer skills, self-motivation, and a valid MO driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Valid Missouri driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Experience with low-income programs or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process client intake, associated referrals, and applications in a timely manner.
• Coordinate reporting and special projects for the Skill Up Program.
• Serve as primary agency contact for community networking and resource coordination.
