Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED) with 4 years in low-income programs or a 2-year degree with 2 years experience, plus a valid MO driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with four years experience in low-income programs, case management, or related field, or a 2-year college degree with 2 years related experience.
• Valid MO driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Good communication and strong computer skills expected.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay motivated, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process client intake, referrals, applications, and related reporting.
• Coordinate community networking and resource connections for Skill Up program.
• Serve as primary agency contact for Skill Up TANF and FNS clients.
