Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms).
• Knowledgeable of Mercer County and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community outreach, identify resources, and establish partnerships for programs or events.
• Oversee case management and volunteers to support services.
• Organize staff meetings, trainings, and evaluations with corps officers.
• Maintain volunteer records and monthly statistics for reporting.
• Develop and maintain a directory of referral resources and client databases.

Skills

Two-year experience in the field

Microsoft Office proficient

Education

4-year degree in Social Work
