Job summary

The Salvation Army Seattle Temple seeks a Social Services Coordinator to manage casework and deliver community services for Charis Place and Pathway of Hope, while supervising the Food Bank Coordinator and overseeing financial assistance for clients in north King County.

Collaborate with local service providers, develop outreach plans, monitor program data, and ensure compliance with Salvation Army policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Christian Ministry, or related fields preferred or 1 year of recent experience in social work or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service, case management, and community resource development to ensure services for Charis Place, Pathway of Hope, and financial assistance applicants.
