Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to develop and maintain service delivery while promoting the organization's mission. You will supervise social service programs, recruit and retain volunteers, and coordinate fundraising efforts with divisional leadership.

Responsibilities include community engagement, office administration, data recording, and collaboration with the Divisional Service Extension Director to ensure services are delivered effectively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years office management preferred.
• Relevant social services experience preferred, with ability to work with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Represent The Salvation Army within the local community and provide referrals to resources.
• Produce and process office correspondence including emails and mailings.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies; ensure accurate records and reporting.
• Coordinate with divisional leadership to ensure proper recording of delivered services.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers; oversee background checks and paperwork.
• Organize annual fundraising events and kettle campaigns; assist with grant applications.
