NLACRC is seeking a Consumer Services Coordinator to provide information, advocacy, and service arrangements for consumers and families in the Santa Clarita area. The role involves coordinating services, attending interdisciplinary meetings, and advocating for clients while navigating regulations and NLACRC policies.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in related field and at least two years of experience (a master’s can substitute).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field and at least two years of related experience.
• A Master’s degree in a related subject may be substituted for experience.
• Bilingual Spanish may be required dependent upon position.

Aufgaben

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Participate in development of program plans for individuals; monitor and revise as needed.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and their families.
• Complete forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Schedule and attend interdisciplinary meetings with individuals, families, providers, and advocates.
• Identify barriers to service delivery and implement culturally sensitive strategies.
