NLACRC is hiring a Consumer Services Coordinator in the San Fernando Valley, Chatsworth, CA. The role focuses on providing information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field and at least two years of related experience. A master’s degree can substitute experience; bilingual Spanish may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Participate in development of program plans and monitor/revise them as needed.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and families.
• Document forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings with clients, families, and providers.
• Have flexibility to cover needs and emergencies as required.
