Job summary

NLACRC in California is seeking a Consumer Services Coordinator to provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families. You will participate in developing and monitoring program plans, identify and coordinate services, and document forms and reports per NLACRC policies.

Bilingual Spanish may be required depending on position. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field and at least two years of related experience; a Master’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field and at least two years of related experience.
• A Master’s degree in a related subject may be substituted for experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Participate in development and monitoring of program plans; revise as needed.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and families.
• Document forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Serve as an advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Schedule and attend interdisciplinary meetings with individuals served and providers.
• Identify barriers to service delivery and implement culturally sensitive strategies.
• Rotate officer-of-the-day duties and provide case-coverage as needed.
