FirstService Residential in Miami Beach is seeking a Security professional to greet residents and guests, monitor access, and maintain safety across the property. You will manage daily logs and operate electronic security systems to respond quickly to incidents.

This full-time security role requires strong customer service, bilingual abilities, and the capability to handle emergencies while coordinating with the Security Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• 2–3 years of business experience in a similar role preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English desirable.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register guests and residents while maintaining safety.
• Monitor Electronic Security Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and control building access.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Attend staff meetings and read SOPs.
• Work shifts as needed by property.
