Job summary

Children and Families First Delaware Inc in Arkansas seeks a Community Schools Coordinator to develop, coordinate and implement strategies for a multi-disciplinary team and to administer a community school site.

You will oversee services for students, parents and the community, manage budgeting and reporting, lead staff, supervise interns, and build partnerships with schools and public/private agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human service field; Masters degree desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility with evening and weekend activities.
• Strong working knowledge of computers and applications.
• Ability to work independently and develop programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement strategies for a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide program site services including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and advocacy.
• Plan and facilitate community schools offerings for students, parents and community members.
• Budgeting and fiscal accountability.
• Lead team implementation of evidence-based practices.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports and records.
• Collaborate with community members, school principal, faculty and agencies.
• Develop partnerships and advise a school advisory board.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and data reporting for program evaluation.
• Monitor program/contract utilization and staff productivity.
