Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated understanding of high-need communities and public schools and related social service, education and behavioral health issues
• Commitment to Partnership with Children values: Collaboration, Learning, Equity, Inclusion, and Passion
• Licensed as LCSW in NY with SIFI certification
• 8+ years post-master’s social work experience
• 4+ years supervisory/management experience
• Strong knowledge of school-based social work and collaboration with school staff and families
• Understanding of NYC Community School Strategy; preferred

Aufgaben

• Oversee weekly administrative supervision of Social Work Directors (LCSW/LMSW) and Community School Directors
• Develop staff leadership skills: conflict resolution, negotiations, collaboration, data-informed decisions
• Guide staff during crises affecting children and youth
• Foster relationships with principals, school staff, and NYC public school stakeholders
• Ensure program fidelity to the Community School model
• Help staff integrate into school culture and engage with communities
• Lead annual work plans and strategic goals aligned with budget
• Monitor milestones and manage fiscal accountability
• Maintain timely, high‑quality administrative records and data
• Utilize data to monitor and improve program quality
• Participate in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion initiatives
