Job summary

AllState in Florida is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to grow our local book of business through in-person and phone sales, cross-selling, and new business development.

You will build a local pipeline, cultivate relationships with dealerships and partners, and execute outbound prospecting while adhering to compliance and customer experience standards. This role offers an hourly base and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
