Direct Auto Insurance, part of the Allstate family via National General, is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist in Florida to drive new business, cross-sell existing clients, and maintain a robust book of business.

You will sell to local customers both in store and by phone, develop relationships with dealerships and partners, and deliver tailored solutions while meeting performance and compliance standards. Base pay is $20 per hour with uncapped monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• 0– 2 years of experience
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
