Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain occupancy.
• Research market, demographics, competition, products, and customer needs; follow up on sales leads and referrals.
• Create plans to market the community to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on new and used home sales.
• Implement sales and financing strategies and maintain contact with vendors.
