Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. seeks a Sales Coordinator for the Clarkston Lakes community in Clarkston, MI. You will implement sales and financing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue while maintaining community value.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of sales experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel between communities is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Valid operator's license and ability to travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed goals and maintain occupancy.
• Research market demographics and customer needs, follow up on leads and referrals.
• Create plans to market the community to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on home sales.
• Implement sales and financing strategies and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare advertising materials with Regional Manager to increase visibility in the market.
• Document all customer, vendor and financial transactions for future clients.
• Assist Community Manager with general office responsibilities and with keeping homes ready for sale.
