Mercy Housing is seeking an on-site Resident Services Coordinator I in Atlanta, GA. You will establish community partnerships, connect residents with services, and track program data to measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience conducting community assessments and organizing community groups/events (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis.
• Develop understanding of residents to offer resources and guide them to services.
• Maintain a comprehensive list of community resources for residents’ benefit.
• Participate in and/or lead activities with Mercy Housing and partner agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
