Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator I to establish partnerships and bring services to residents of Terraces at Parkview in Lithonia, GA. You will connect residents to resources, collaborate with property staff, and lead after-school programs for youth on-site.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, with responsibilities that include data collection, program outcome measurement, and supporting resident stability through community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in community development, social services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations and residents.
• Assist residents in connecting with resources and tracking program outcomes.
• Lead after-school programming for youth at the property.
• Collect information and document incidents.
• Manage volunteers and project activities.
