Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain community partnerships and connect residents with resources.
• Lead after-school programming for youth at the property.
• Develop and maintain a resources list for residents' benefit.
• Collaborate with property staff to ensure resident stability and service delivery.
• Document incidents and track program outcomes.
