Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator I to deliver core programs for senior residents and connect them with needed services. You will collect data, track outcomes, and develop strategies to link residents with resources.

Build community partnerships that bring services to the property and help plan engaging on-site events. This on-site role emphasizes direct resident services, data-driven outcomes, and collaboration with partner agencies to support seniors and improve

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
Experience collecting data and reporting for programs.
Ability to work on-site with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

Collect required data for designated program components and record data in the Mercy Housing database in an accurate and timely way.
Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis as required.
Develop understanding of residents through needs assessments, community meetings, etc., to guide them toward services.
Participate in and/or lead activities with Mercy Housing and partner agencies to build capacity and relationships.
