Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in community development, social services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect required data for designated program components and record data in the Mercy Housing database in an accurate and timely way.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis as required.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of residents and engage them to access needed services.
• Participate in activities within Mercy Housing and partner agencies to strengthen collaborations.
