Job summary

Gryphon Place is seeking two Community Resource Advisors to support the 211 Ohio team. You will provide information and referral services and crisis intervention by phone and electronic means, around the clock with weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, linking clients to resources, advocacy, and follow-up. Evening and weekend availability is required, with part-time shifts across two positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 40-hour training provided by Gryphon Place.
• Evening availability required; at least one weekend day per week.
• Experience in human services or crisis intervention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and assess needs.
• Identify appropriate resources and referrals.
• Assist with linkage to other agencies as needed.
• Advocate for clients to access resources.
• Follow up to ensure needs are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Engage in crisis management per agency procedures.
• Support community outreach activities and agency programs.
