Virgin Islands Housing Authority seeks a Community and Resident Resiliency Coordinator to manage a portfolio of VIHA communities from the Central Office in Kingshill, VI. The role focuses on improving resident health and wellness through coordinated services, policy work, and partnerships with community providers.

The coordinator will engage residents in development plans, support aging in place, assist with transitions from care facilities, and report outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate on behalf of residents and engage in community organizing to assess needs.
• Develop and rollout health and wellness programs and policies.
• Coordinate with service providers, grant-making, and resource procurement to track resident outcomes.
