Job summary

Related Affordable is seeking a Part Time Resident Service Coordinator to empower residents within one of our largest affordable housing communities. You will connect residents to essential services, promote wellness, and support independence, while fostering a caring, resident-centered environment.

The role involves coordinating services, educating residents, organizing events, and collaborating with management to improve health outcomes and housing stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in resident/social service programs (affordable housing preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assistance to residents by identifying and connecting them to appropriate services.
• Educate residents and families on community services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Organize activities that encourage resident engagement and community networks.
• Serve as liaison between residents, property management, and external service providers.
• Maintain confidential resident files and prepare quarterly service summaries.
