Woodlands Senior Living is seeking a Community Relationships Manager to engage families by answering inquiries via phone and email, explain options, schedule tours, assist with applications, and gather documentation. Qualifications

• Experience in a senior living community or nursing home preferred.
• Ability to provide high-level customer service that is empathetic and thorough.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities while on the phone.
• Current Maine driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads using leads management software.
• Represent the company at trade shows and expos.
• Schedule community tours for Administrator/Executive Director.
• Receive referrals from external sources and maintain excellent relationships.
• Handle inquiries from family members, prospective residents, and their representatives.
• Conduct community outreach to referral sources and attend senior-focused events.
• Assist prospects through the pre-admission process with empathy and helpfulness.
• Maintain expertise in MaineCare programs and application processes.

What you will do as a Community Relationships Manager:

• Be responsible for leads management program and utilization of leads management software
• Serve as company representative for trade shows and expos
• Schedule community tours to Administrator/Executive Director's calendar
• Receive incoming referrals from external referral sources, maintaining excellent relationships with those referral sources
• Receive incoming inquiries from family members, prospective residents, and those acting on behalf of prospective residents
• Conduct community outreach to referral sources and attend senior-focused community events
• Operate with empathy and helpfulness when assisting prospects through the pre-admission process
• Maintain expertise in Long Term Care MaineCare program and application process

What you'll bring to the role:

• Previous experience in a senior living community or nursing home devoted to the care of aging community members preferred.
• Ability to provide high-level customer service that is both empathetic and thorough.
• Ability to comfortably manage competing priorities and move between different tasks efficiently.
• Understanding of the aging process and/or medical terminology.
• Ability to multitask, particularly by performing data entry while on the phone with a customer.
• A current valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company is required.
• Must complete a criminal history record check to the satisfaction of the company.
