Job summary

Woodlands Senior Living in Maine is seeking a receptionist to warmly welcome visitors, answer questions, and route inquiries. You will manage calls, keep precise records, and maintain a tidy reception and common areas for a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
• Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision

What you will do as a receptionist:

• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors may have.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, copier and a computer.
