Job summary

Smile Doctors in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Community Relations Representative to build durable relationships with dentists, schools, churches, and local organizations to drive patient referrals and support practice growth.

You’ll partner with clinic teams and the Regional Manager of Sales and Marketing to plan events, manage local marketing budgets, track referral activity in the CRM, and represent the brand at health fairs and community programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of B2B or field marketing experience focusing on referral generation or relationship-building.
• Internal: Six months with Smile Doctors or affiliated practice.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists and community organizations to drive referrals.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to increase patient exams and net production revenue.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events to boost brand awareness.
• Manage local marketing budgets and track spend for accountability.
• Input and maintain referral activity and events in the CRM system.
