Smile Doctors is seeking a Community Relations Representative in Schaumburg, IL to build strong relationships with dentists and community groups that drive patient referrals. You will partner with clinic teams to grow net production revenue and support marketing initiatives across multiple locations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with experience in B2B sales or field marketing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of B2B sales, direct-to-consumer sales, field marketing, or related experience focusing on relationship-building and referral generation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, community organizations, and local influencers to drive referrals.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to increase referrals and new patient exams.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies including social media campaigns.
• Manage local marketing budgets and track monthly spend by location.
• Host events and co-marketing initiatives with local organizations to boost visibility.
• Monitor local market trends and adjust campaigns for referral growth.
• Input and maintain referral activity in the CRM system and report performance metrics.
