Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Community Relations Representative to build strong relationships with dentists, schools, community organizations, and local influencers to drive referrals to our orthodontic offices.

You will collaborate with regional teams to create and implement marketing strategies, manage local budgets, and host events that increase patient referrals and brand visibility across our markets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or related roles emphasizing referral generation and relationship-building.
• Six months with Smile Doctors or affiliated practice is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with sales or business management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, healthcare professionals, schools and community organizations to foster referrals.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to drive referrals and new patient exams.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies and manage team budgets.
• Host joint events and co-marketing initiatives to increase visibility and referrals.
• Track referrals and campaigns in the CRM and report on performance.
