Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in business-to-business sales, direct to consumer sales, field marketing, or a related field, with emphasis on relationship-building and referral generation management.
• Internal: Six months with Smile Doctors or affiliated practice.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Intermediate knowledge of sales or business management software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with local dentists, healthcare professionals, schools, churches, and community organizations to foster referrals.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to drive referrals and new patient exams to support practice growth.
• Partner with the Regional Manager of Sales and Marketing to plan marketing strategies and events.
• Develop and manage local marketing budgets and track monthly spend.
• Host joint events and co-marketing initiatives to increase visibility.
