Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of B2B sales, field marketing, or referral-generation experience preferred.
• Six months with Smile Doctors or an affiliated practice preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales/business mgmt software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, community organizations, and influencers to drive referrals.
• Collaborate with clinics to drive referrals and new patient exams.
• Partner with regional leadership to plan marketing strategies and co-marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage local marketing budgets and track spend.
