Job summary

The Connection, Inc. seeks a Residential Aide at the January Center in Uncasville, CT. This part-time position offers 24 hours weekly, 2nd shift (Friday through Sunday, 3–11p) and compensation at $20.00/hour.

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure and supervision to residents under program guidelines.
• Support adults re-entering the community with psycho-educational and case management services as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries while offering compassionate, client-centered care.
