Job summary

The Connection, Inc. is hiring a Residential Aide for Cochegan House in Uncasville, CT. This full-time 40-hour position operates on a 2nd shift (3-11p) to assist adults under DOC supervision re-enter the community with a client-centered, supportive approach.

Qualifications include High School Diploma / GED, 2+ years in a similar role or an Associate's Degree, and a valid driver’s license. Benefit offerings include medical/dental/vision, 403(b), disability, life insurance, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 2+ years experience as Residential Aide or equivalent, or an Associate's Degree.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community.
• Utilize a strengths-based and client-centered approach.
• Collaborate with Community Justice program staff to rehabilitate and educate clients.
