Job summary

The Connection Inc. is seeking a Residential Aide for the Connection House in Middletown, CT. This full-time role involves guiding justice-involved men re-entering the community with a strengths-based, client-centered approach.

Expect structured supervision, a 2nd shift (3-11p) Sunday-Thursday, and a commitment to attendance. Benefits include health/dental/vision, a 403(b) with employer match, disability and life insurance, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent or an Associate's Degree
• Valid Driver’s License
• Regular and predictable attendance is required
