Job summary

The Connection, Inc. seeks a Residential Aide in Middletown, CT. You will provide structured supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community and support their transition after incarceration.

The ideal candidate has prior Residential Aide or related client-support experience, holds a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrates a client-centered, compassionate approach with strong boundaries and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent or an Associate's Degree
• Valid Driver’s License
• Regular and predictable attendance required

Responsibilities

• Provide structure and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community
• Maintain professional and respectful boundaries while supporting clients
• Collaborate with Community Justice program staff to rehabilitate, educate and guide clients
