The Sierra Center Work Release program in New Haven, operated by The Connection, is seeking a Residential Aide to support adults re-entering the community after incarceration. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience or an Associate's Degree, plus a valid driver's license.

• Associate's Degree is acceptable.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Position: Residential AideProgram: Sierra Center Work ReleaseLocation: New HavenSalary: $20.00/hourSchedule: Full time, 40 hours, 2nd shift, Thursday-Monday (3-11p)Program Summary:Sierra Center Work Release residential work release program that provides individualized treatment services, job preparation, and substance use education to adults under the supervision of DOC. These services are provided to assist with successfully re-entering the community while avoiding new offenses.Position Summary:This Residential Aide will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved Men/Women as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change.
