Job summary

The Connection, Inc. seeks a Residential Aide at the January Center in Uncasville, CT. This part-time position offers 24 hours weekly, 2nd shift (Friday through Sunday, 3–11p) and compensation at $20.00/hour.

You will assist adult clients under supervision, contributing to treatment goals and community reintegration while maintaining safety and supportive boundaries. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years relevant experience (or an Associate's Degree) and a valid

Position: Residential AideProgram: January CenterLocation: UncasvilleSalary: $20.00/hourSchedule: Part time, 24 hours, 2nd shift, Friday-Sunday (3-11p)Program Summary:Adult men under the supervision of the Department of Correction or the Court Support Services Division receive residential treatment to address a history of problematic sexual behavior. In addition to treatment, clients are supported with psycho-educational and case management services. The program’s primary goal is to promote positive behavioral change and reduce the risk of reoffending.Position Summary:This Residential Aide will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved Men/Women as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change.
