The Connection, Inc. seeks a Residential Aide in New Haven to provide direct client care, including daily living activities and safety support. The role supports clients during a 3-6 month stay in a congregate care setting, focusing on recovery and pro-social community connection.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of relevant experience, and a valid Connecticut driver’s license; full-time schedule includes 30 hours on the 3rd shift Fri-Sun, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct client care including activities of daily living and safety, health, and wellness support.
• Assist program staff and maintain respectful relationships with clients served.
• Work as part of the Residential Behavioral Health Treatment care team to support recovery from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness.
