Qualifications

Previous clerical/administrative experience required.
Experience with office computers and software.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Supervise leasing team, maintenance team, and on-site contract workers.
Ensure compliance with Washington State law (Residential Landlord & Tenant Act).
Review rental applications and lease agreements for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure buildings meet government and environmental regulations.
Recommend repairs, replacements, or improvements.
