The role emphasizes maintaining occupancy and positive resident relations. You will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and prepare reports while collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing multifamily properties.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager required; experience with CRM IQ, RentCafe, HappyCo preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff, delegate tasks, provide training, and ensure timely work completion.
• Review and approve lease applications in compliance with policies.
• Maintain high occupancy through effective resident retention and tailored marketing.
• Manage revenue and controllable expenses, including collections and delinquency control.
• Prepare financial and marketing reports for stakeholders.
