Qualifications

• High school degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Licenses/certifications required by state/local jurisdictions as needed.
• 3–7 years in conventional housing property management; PM experience preferred.
• Experience with property management systems (Entrata, Onesite, Yieldstar) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance: NOI, revenue, and cost control.
• Lead leasing: marketing, admin, and achieving occupancy goals.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency, and legal actions when needed.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team; ensure policy alignment.
