Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a seasoned Property Manager in the Blacklick, OH area to lead daily operations of our conventional asset and deliver exceptional resident service while achieving financial goals. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred for advanced roles.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions may be needed.
• 3–7 years of progressive housing property management experience, with at least 1 year as Property Manager.

• Drive financial success by achieving NOI targets through revenue improvement and cost management.
• Lead leasing production including administration, marketing, and maintaining market knowledge.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and compliance with landlord/resident laws.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members and address performance issues.
• Deliver superior resident service by monitoring work orders, aesthetics, and retention.
• Prepare and submit operational reports accurately and timely.
