Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager for our Liberty Center, OH area. You will lead property operations, drive NOI through revenue strategies and cost controls, and ensure exceptional resident service.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong leadership and leasing expertise. You will manage leasing, rent collection, risk, and reporting while mentoring a professional team and upholding company standards and local laws.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–7 years of progressive housing property management experience.
• Experience with property management systems (Entrata, OneSite, Yieldstar) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial success by maximizing NOI through revenue and cost management.
• Lead leasing operations, marketing, and market knowledge to optimize occupancy and income.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and legal actions as needed.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team with company policies in mind.
• Coordinate reporting and communicate risks with corporate management.
