Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate in Columbus, OH is seeking a Property Manager to lead operations for our residential community. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional service to residents while achieving financial and operational goals.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, oversee leasing, rent collection, reporting, and risk management, and partner with corporate offices and investors to drive occupancy and NOI.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required by state/local rules.
• 3–7 years of progressive property management experience, at least 1 year as Property Manager.
• Experience with property management systems such as Entrata, Onesite or Yieldstar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with formulas, sorting and filtering.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial success by achieving NOI targets and controlling costs.
• Lead leasing production including marketing and rent optimization.
• Oversee rent collection and manage delinquencies per law.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team and uphold company policies.
• Recruit, hire and develop staff and address performance concerns.
• Deliver superior resident service and address concerns to boost retention.
• Manage operational reporting accuracy and timely submissions.
• Identify risks and collaborate on corrective action plans.
• Act as liaison between property, corporate and investors.
