Job summary

CCH - Christian Church Homes in Oakland, CA is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, supervise staff, and ensure safe, affordable housing for residents.

You will work with the Portfolio Manager, Board of Directors, and vendors to maintain occupancy targets, manage budgets within 5% variance, and coordinate inspections and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of HUD/Section 8, Tax Credits, and related systems preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background checks required after conditional offer.
• Driver's license not required.
