Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Balsam Lake River View Manor community in Wisconsin. The role involves general grounds work, basic home repairs, and coordination of work orders to maintain attractive and safe properties.

You will assist with snow removal, dispose of waste, and help with refurbishing Community Owned homes. The position is a 40-hour per week temporary role with potential for advancement and regular safety training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform general grounds and lawn maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes and community areas in good condition.
• Process work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Interact courteously with residents, visitors, and coworkers.
• Identify deficiencies and act with Community Manager approval.
• Manicure community grounds and perform seasonal lawn care.
• Remove garbage and maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
• Participate in refurbishing of Community Owned homes.
• Maintain water and sewer lines.
