Job summary

RHP Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Northland community near I-435 and NE Cookingham Dr in Kansas City, MO. The tech will perform general grounds and lawn maintenance and basic repairs to homes owned by the community, for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, keeping areas clean and safe, and assisting with various repairs. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds and perform lawn care (weeding, pruning, mulching).
• Remove garbage from common areas and resident sites as needed.
• Perform seasonal snow removal and winter maintenance.
• Assist with repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry as required.
