Elevate Branson in Branson, MO is seeking a part-time Elevate Work Coordinator to recruit students and mentors, coordinate affiliate sites, build employer partnerships, and provide administrative support to the Elevate Work Program Director.

You will engage with participants, volunteers, employers, and community partners to deliver Elevate Work classes with excellence and compassion. The role emphasizes relationship-building, organized administration, and mission-driven service.

Qualifications

• Public speaking skills are essential for presentations and outreach.
• Ability to lead orientations for new students and volunteers.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Maintain confidentiality in all participant interactions.
• Experience recruiting volunteers for programs is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview prospective students.
• Conduct orientations for new participants and volunteers.
• Maintain student files and track progress.
• Track attendance and graduation progress.
• Conduct alumni follow up.
• Recruit and onboard mentors.
• Match mentors with students and schedule check ins.
• Coordinate partner churches and affiliate sites.
• Manage classroom logistics and site communications.
• Schedule business speakers and mock interviews.
• Maintain databases and prepare program reports.
• Track program outcomes and support graduation events.
• Respond to inquiries within one business day.
• Develop relationships with local employers and hiring partners.
